HOTEL INFORMATION GUIDE

Dear visitor, We are pleased to welcome you to Ηotel Villa Nikoleta. This hotel list gives you an in-depth picture of all the facilities and services available. If you have an additional question please contact one of our team members. We wish you a pleasant stay with us and enjoy your time in the Thassos Island.

Reception open for 16 hours

Our hotel has an open 16-hour reception, with 24-hour internal or external telephone access. Wake-up service and 24-hour phone access.

 

Air Conditioning & Heating

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Use the remote control adjuster to adjust the air conditioning. If you need help or have questions about the system please contact our Reception for help.

 

Harbor – transport

From the hotel the island harbor in only 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes by foot. If you wish to organize a transfer from the airport, the reception team is happy to assist you in this matter.

 

Car rental
Please contact the reception for more information.

 

Completion of Residence

The departure time is 12.00, noon. The reception will help you and save your luggage if you want to spend more time in the island before leaving. If you need a later check out or wish to prolong your stay, please contact the reception.

 

Credit  cards
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard & VISA. If you have questions about payment methods, please contact the Reception.

 

Do not disturb

If you do not want to receive phone calls, please update the slot. Internal calls to room can not be avoided!

 

Breakfast
Breakfast is over 3 hours (07:00 – 10:30) and breakfast is available in the room as well as an early morning breakfast service (chargeable at the front desk). The price is EUR 5.00 per person / per person.

 

Room service
Room service is available from  08:00 – 20:00  (total dutation12 hours).

 

Breakfast provided
We can provide customers in special packs for breakfast upon request (chargeable at reception).

 

Food delivery
Our hotel cooperates with an adjacent restaurant (chargeable at the front desk).

 

 

Cleanliness
The Housekeeping team is at your disposal. If you need an extra towel, extra cushion or iron and ironing board, please let us know.

For additional cleaning services, please contact the Housekeeping team.

 

Internet
Each room has wireless internet access.If you are having problems with your connection, please contact the Reception.

 

Ironing service
We can provide you with an ironing service. For more details, please contact our reception staff.

 

Technical support

If you experience difficulties with your computer, internet connection, etc., please call the Reception to help you

 

Laundry / dry cleaning service

The laundry and dry cleaning service is available every day except for national holidays. For more details, please contact our reception staff.

If you want to send a fax or make a copy, please contact your Reception Team to help you.
There is a shared notebook and tablet (for a fee, please contact the reception) for our customers. Internet access is free.
